Dorm Decorations

My son is a R.A. at his dorm.  He is responsible for making dorm door decorations and name tags.   He made Penguins for the dorm name decor.   He wants cupcakes for birthday decor.  This is what we came up with.  

I used Close To My Heart Tommy Paper Packet to create the cupcakes.  I also used the Cricut Create A Critter cartridge and my Gypsy to create the cupcakes.
