CTMH Artbooking Valentine's Day Card

I finally took the plunge and opened my CTMH Artbooking cartridge and USED it.
Wow, what a concept!    My intention was to make a masculine Valentine's Day card.
I used the image on page 49 of the booklet under overlay

Use real dial size at 8".   This will be perfect for a 4 x 8 1/2" card.

I used the For Always Paper Packet to create this card.   This Paper is retired.    I know you can still get the embellishment kit and textiles HERE!

This is a large card.  It measures 4 x 8 1/2"

Do you think it is masculine?    Please comment below and let me know what you think.

I will lose my Close To My Heart Consultant status on 3/31/2014
unless I sell $300 within that time period.    Please consider shopping at my site HERE!

Quick Cards- Butterfly Valentine's Day Card

This great stamp from Close To My Heart will retire.
You can still get it through 1/31/2014 HERE
Be sure and check out all the RETIRING ITEMS section.

I decided to use this stamp for a Valentine's Day card.  Look at all the little hearts
scattered on the butterfly.  So beautiful.    The saying is perfect for a Valentine's Day card too.

Here is another stamp that is retiring.  You can find it HERE!  Order it quick!
January 31 is the last day to get it!

Here is a card I created with this stamp.  I love the bumble bee stamp!

Upcycled Frame with Cricut Art Philosophy

I bought this plain frame from the thrift store for 50 cents.  It needed some bling and it was cheap.   I love upcycling and reusing items people no longer want.    I knew I could do something with it.   I wanted to spruce it up.   My friend Nina from Paper Clubhouse visited some time last year.  She sat down and made these flowers from the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. The flowers are found on page 68 and 69.  She made them in a matter of minutes.   Those poor flowers have sat on my work space since her visit.

Here is what I did.   I placed the flowers on the frame the way I liked it. I then hot glued them.

I placed a piece of coordinating Close To My Heart paper in the frame.  I plan on placing a motivational message in the frame.  I have to find the right message.

Please comment below and let me know what motivational message is best for this frame.

My next project is a lamp shade.  I need to find a cheap lamp shade.   I think it the flowers would be so beautiful on a lampshade.
